Our shop partners with ZenMarket, a purchasing agency that buys and ships products on behalf of international customers.
ZenMarket handles all necessary procedures for international shipping, including the preparation of documents required for customs clearance.
- 1.Create an Account
- Visit the official ZenMarket website and click “Sign Up” in the upper-right corner to create an account.

- You can register using your email address or sign up with a Google or Facebook account.
- You can also access the account registration page by clicking “Add to Cart” on the ZenMarket banner displayed near the bottom of each product page on the BellFine Web Shop.

- New users receive 500 ZenPoints. These points can be used toward international shipping fees, but not toward the product price.
- 2.Add the Product to Your ZenMarket Cart
- You can add a product to your ZenMarket cart using either of the following methods.
- From the BellFine Web Shop
- Open the product page for the item you wish to purchase and click “Add to Cart” on the ZenMarket banner displayed near the bottom of the page.
- From the ZenMarket Website
- Copy the URL of the product page from the BellFine Web Shop and paste it into the search bar on the ZenMarket website.

- Review the product information and click “Add to Cart.”
- You may see an optional “Parcel weight” field. You can leave this field blank and proceed by clicking “Add to Cart.”
- Clicking “Add to Cart” Does Not Complete Your Purchase
- After you click “Add to Cart,” ZenMarket will check the product’s availability and price.
- If the message “You can purchase the items only after confirmation.” is displayed, please wait for ZenMarket to complete the confirmation process.
- This may take anywhere from a few minutes to 24 hours.
- 3.Wait for ZenMarket to Confirm the Product
- Once ZenMarket has confirmed the product’s availability and price, the total amount will be displayed in “My Account.” This amount includes:
- The product price
- Domestic shipping from the BellFine Web Shop to the ZenMarket warehouse in Osaka
- The ZenMarket service fee
- You do not need to add funds to your account before this total amount is displayed.
- ZenMarket’s confirmation only verifies the product’s availability and price. The product has not yet been purchased or reserved at this stage.
- 4.Add the Displayed Amount and Pay
- Once ZenMarket has completed its confirmation and the total amount is displayed, go to “My Account” and select “Add Funds.”
- Add the amount shown on the screen to your ZenMarket account balance.
- Important
- You do not need to estimate the required amount or add funds in advance. Please wait until ZenMarket has completed its confirmation, then add the exact amount displayed in your account.
- After the funds have been added, click “Pay.” ZenMarket will then proceed to purchase the product from the BellFine Web Shop on your behalf.
- The following payment methods are available:
- Credit card
- Debit card
- PayPal
- Bank transfer
- Cryptocurrency
- Automated payments, such as credit card and PayPal payments, are usually reflected immediately. Manual payments, such as bank transfers, may take one or more business days to appear in your account.
- Deposit and currency conversion fees may apply depending on your selected payment method. Please check the final payment amount shown on the “Add Funds” screen.
- Selecting the same currency as your card or bank account may help avoid double currency conversion.
Unused account funds may be refunded in accordance with ZenMarket’s refund procedures.
For pre-order products, the item will be shipped from the BellFine Web Shop to the ZenMarket warehouse after its official release.
- 5.Arrange Packing and International Shipping
- Once the purchased product arrives at the ZenMarket warehouse in Osaka, open “Packages” in your account and click “Create a new package.”
- Select the items you wish to ship internationally and enter the required shipping information, including:
- Full name
- Address
- Telephone number
- Any other required delivery information
- Next, select your preferred shipping method from the available options.
- Available shipping methods vary depending on the destination country or region and may include EMS, Airmail, Surface Mail, FedEx, DHL, and UPS.
- Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, package size and weight, and customs clearance status.
- 6.Pay the International Shipping Fee
- Once your package has been packed, the international shipping fee will be displayed in “My Account.”
- International shipping is not included in the amount paid when purchasing the product. Once the international shipping fee has been confirmed, add additional funds through “Add Funds” if necessary and pay the shipping fee.
- If you have the 500 ZenPoints awarded at registration, they will be automatically applied toward the international shipping fee.
- After the international shipping fee has been paid, the package will usually be shipped to your designated address within one to two business days. A tracking number will be provided after shipment.
- An optional photo service is available for 500 JPY per item, allowing you to check the condition of your product before international shipping.
If you request that items be added or removed after packing has been completed, an additional repacking fee will apply.
